Bash 2009- Community Open House
The healthiest family event
of the season will feature something for everyone.
The kids will enjoy the
Radio Disney D-Tour show, free activities like face painting, Arts & Scraps
and fun with the Ann Arbor Hands-on Art Museum.
Grown-ups get to meet the
folks from Fox2 Get Fit, tour our facilities, and learn how to keep the
family healthy.
Everyone will want to sit
in the driver’s seat at the emergency vehicle display and enjoy the performance
of Cirque Among Us, which features juggling, and acrobatics.
Activities get under way at
our hospital campus at 1:00 p.m. See you there!
Canoe to Care:
Heavner Canoe Rentals Will Help DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital Cancer Program
Heavner
Canoe, based in Milford, is offering
a philanthropic enticement to canoe
this season. For every full-price
canoe rental at either their Proud Lake Recreation Area or Island Lake State
Recreation Area location, Heavner Canoe will donate $5 to DMC Huron
Valley-Sinai’s Canoe to Care program
for cancer patients, their families and staff members of the hospital’s
Charach
Cancer Treatment
Center.
Heavner Canoe’s
Proud Lake
location is on Garden Road
near Milford; Island Lake State Recreation Area is in
Brighton.
The Heavner family has been personally touched by cancer and as a result
family members became active supporters of Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital several
years ago. Additional information
